The Texas Well Owner Network is hosting a free water well screening on June 6 to residents of Nueces County.  Water sample drop-off will be on Monday, June 6 from 8:30-10:00am at our office at 710 E. Main Ave., Suite 1 in Robstown.  A follow up meeting explaining results will be delivered to participants on June 7 at 6pm at the Extension Office.  We are working on designating several pick up and drop off sites in the county and as soon as those are determined, we will update that information here on our website.  For now, water testing kits can be picked up at our office in Robstown.  Two things important to remember:

1) water samples must be collected no more than 24 hours before drop off on June 6; and
2) water samples must be kept refrigerated until drop off.
